Need for Speed Heat is an open-world racing game development by Ghost Games and published by Electronics Arts. This game was released on November 8, 2019, for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. This is twenty-fourth installment in the Need for Speed series. This game has day and night racing and customization options.

  1. Story & Settings: This game has an open-world environment inspired by Miami, featuring urban streets, mountain ranges and open highways. This game offers distinctive experience of day and night cycle. In day time, you race and earn cash and in night you compete in illegal street racing to build reputation (REP).
  2. Gameplay Mechanics: This game provides with various types of races like circuit races, drift challenges, sprint races, and off-road events. Police presence intensifies at night, leading to high stake chases that improves your driving skills. As player compete in night races and win it, their heat level increases, which in turn boosts REP. 
  3. Customization: Offers customization of car including, car engine, paints, body, decals and performance. Players can also customize their avatars with various outfits and accessories. Players can also buy, sell, and store cars creating personalized collection of vehicles. 
  4. Cars and Brands: Features a wide range of cars from well-know manufactures such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW, and more. Performance parts can be purchased and installed to improve speed, handling, acceleration, and other attributes. 
  5. Visuals and Audio: High-detailed graphics with detailed car models, dynamic weather effects, and vibrant cityscapes. Selection of music that enhance the adrenaline-pumping racing experience. Unique engine sounds for each car, adding to the immersive experience. 
  6. Multiplayer and Online Feature: Players can join races with friends and compete against each other in online lobbies. Players can join or create crews to collaborate and compete in crew-specific challenges.
