Need For Speed Payback is an open-world racing game developed by Ghost Game published by Electronic Arts. This game was released on November 10, 2017, for PS4, Xbox One, and PCs. This edition is the twenty-third installment in the Need For Speed series. This game has an extensive car customization within the fiction world of Fortune Valley.

Key Features: 
  1. Story & Settings: A vast, open-world environment inspired by Los Vegas, featuring urban streets, deserts, canyons and mountains. The game has three characters - Tyler Morgan (The Racer), Mac (The Showman), and Jess (The Wheelman). 
  2. Gameplay Mechanics: It has variety of events like races, off-road challenges, time trials, and heist missions. Players must complete the events to progress in the game. Players can discover and restore abandoned classic cars hidden throughout the world and turning them into high-performance cars. 
  3. Customization: This game provides with vast option of not only customizing appearance but also upgrading performance of cars. Players can adjust body kits, decals, rims, paints and more. Upgrade the car's engine and other parts to enhance the speed, handling and braking. 
  4. Cars and Brands: Features a wide range of cars from BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Lamborghini, Nissan and Porsche. Cars and divided into sub categories based on Race, Drift, Off-Road, Drag and Runner. 
  5. Visuals and Audio: Provides detailed models of car models, day/night cycle, dynamic weather effects and environment, giving more appealing experience to the players. A high-energy soundtrack featuring a mix of genres to complement the game's intense action. Also, the engine sounds are authentic providing realistic driving experience. 
  6. Multiplayer and Online Features: The game's Autolog system provides event recommendations as per friends' activities, fostering competitive environment. Players can compete each other in online races and challenges to test their driving skills. 
  7. Progressions and Rewards: Players can earn Reputation (REP) and in-game currency by racing and completing each events to upgrade and buy new cars. A unique upgrade system where players can collect Speed Cards to improve their car's performance.
